Pre-purchase Options for Products

When you select a product you are directed to the Product Details page. The options available vary depending on the type of product selected and the options available for that particular product.

Personalized and Custom Product Options

  1. Access Print Options for the product. These vary depending on the product selected but could include options such as Paper/Media, Color Options, Materials and Orientation, Lamination and Sizes.
  2. A compulsory Job Name. This is the reference used if you add the product to your shopping Cart so you should enter differed names for different products purchased in your order.
  3. Quantity of the product.
  4. A Job Preview if appropriate for the product.
  5. Pricing Information including Unit Price and Total Price based on the Quantity (for a complex product a quotation may be required).
  6. Additional options as appropriate for the product, for example, Deliverables options.
  7. If the product can be personalized or has customizable design options, select Design Now or Customize.

 

The design and purchase options available vary depending upon the type of product and options available:

 

Note: File upload options for Batch Mode products which are being distributed to a Direct Mail or Digital Email list may be included within the Pre-purchase options or within the Design Now or customize options of the product.

 

Pricing Options

Unless stated otherwise, the Unit Price and Total Price is based on Single Mode or each record of a Batch product. For further information, see Pricing Based on Units of Measure. If unsure, or you a purchasing a large number of items, contact the store directly:

 

Multiple Product Purchasing

You may have the option to make multiple purchases at once in different sizes, designs and colors:

  1. Select View Quantity Pricing if a link is available and enter the required Quantity.
  2. The Available Quantity may be displayed.
  3. Once all purchases have been selected, choose Add All to Basket to add all items to your Shopping Cart.

 

Options may also be available for Kit products which offer a discounted price when purchased together. Options may include:

  1. Complete products which do not offer the option to customise or re-brand.
  2. Customise options for individual products or specific design and branding options which you can apply as Customise All.
  3. The default Quantity is based on the number of each Item Quantity shown in the Kit.
  4. You can change the Item Quantity for any products and the Job Quantity applies to the Item Quantities selected.
  5. You may need to contact the store directly to discuss the cost if Requires Quote is shown.

 

Rental Products

If the Store offers Rental products, it may include information and options such as:

  1. The Order Unit, for example, whether the Quantity is charged Per Hour, Per Day or Per Week.
  2. The Price Details. This may be a standard Price or additionally include a one off setup Price for assembly or re-branding.
  3. The option to Add files to personalize or brand the items.

 

Direct Mail

Direct Mail Products may be available in US stores to send customised print products such as Postcards, Brochures, Catalogs or Menus to purchased lists which you can purchase or upload. Product options should specify which pre-purchased lists can be used and whether options are available to purchase new lists:
